I am talking about maintaining your happiness levels, even having a more positive way of moving through life than before you looked at this website. To be able to return to a happiness level anytime you want. Even money makes you happy sometimes. But if you don’t have then stay calm at that time.

Monks can stay calm through it all. They need to work on it.

We all know or have heard of poor people who are happy, enjoy everyman and dance about being happy. And there are rich who are always miserable, looking for ways to cheat to make more money, and are still sad.

Spend some time thinking about Happiness:

After some time thinking about happiness or whether can money make you happy, I know it is not something you chase, for it will run away. Happiness comes to you like a butterfly landing on your finger.

And the goal is, once you find happiness, to remember how you got to that point and make it your usual place to stay. To raise the happiness level so you can enjoy every moment more often and wild circumstances can not way you as much as before.

This could be a morning ritual – to take a few minutes, reflect on your feelings, and bring that core level up. Every morning consider life and appreciate what you can of it and what comes your way.

What is happiness? I can find happiness; It is different for everyone. But for me, what works is I have an appreciation of my life, nature, and all the things that come to me and will keep arriving, to not worry so much about things I can not control, to help others if I can, not to allow fear to control my life and money makes you happy. So, money makes you happy if you are helping others with your wealth.

And from the philosophers, including friends, family, and the famous ones on YouTube, I learned not to expect anything, to work toward my goal and when finished, let the results go and make me happy. Please leave it to fate to decide and start working on my next destination.

Live in the moment of now for a time. Just try it, and you will see all you miss or enjoy every moment of life we are surrounded by. Everything we miss when we think money makes us happy. The sunshine, the fresh air, the colors of the fall season, winter, summer, and spring, the taste of your favorite foods, conversations with your famous people, the accomplishments of your family and friends, a job well done, the magic of the spider building a strong, mathematically impossible structure called a web.

Have you heard the phrase when the student is ready, the teacher will appear? He has to me many times. If you are sincere and ask, They will pop out of nowhere. The info you seek will be found on TV, in the newspaper, radio, from a friend, or from shopping in a store. It works for me.

Why does my happiness come and go so easily?

I wonder does money make you happy, so I can only guess. It could be chemical, or it could be that you let things outside yourself dictate your happiness, and the way to avoid that is to recognize that happiness is a choice and inside you and your brain, not outside. Of course, outside things can and do make people unhappy constantly; you should enjoy every moment.

It is hard to be happy with a toothache or if someone hits your car or a mate cheats on you. But after the calamity, it is still your choice to go back to an upbeat, happy state or a miserable one. You set the thermometer of your life inside.

That is by having no expectations, only enjoying every moment for a while, seeing all that is going on around you, appreciating all that you have and will have, and studying all the things to be happy, loving, and thankful for.

As a broad notion, spirituality allows for a variety of viewpoints. It often entails a quest for purpose in life and generally involves a feeling of connection to something greater than ourselves. As a result, it is a shared human experience that affects everyone. A spiritual experience may be sacred, sublime, or a profound sense of aliveness and connectivity.

Some people could discover that their affiliation with a church, temple, mosque, or synagogue is closely related to their spiritual life. Others look for significance in their relationships with nature or the arts. Others could pray or find solace in a close personal connection with God or high power.

Most of us think we are so far from universal love and joy, and they are such distant memories that we give up, and the thought of ever being in that state again is unimaginable. Fortunately, it is easy if you are thinking about how to be happy in life or what is the art of happiness. It is a lot easier than doing the dishes or mowing a lawn. Suppose you have felt it before. It is easy to feel it again. And if you never have, it is easy to feel what it feels like. Our doubt-filled minds may make us think about how to be happy and how difficult feeling love and happiness is.

The happiness or love genes are not working. Most people do not know if they have ever or can ever feel love or happiness. Most think they haven’t and can’t and never will feel it. But it also seems to be everyone’s greatest desire. But it might be genetically impossible because the more they try to grasp it, the more it eludes them.

I contend that most people surrendering to God’s love can find the art of happiness again and live in joy.

First, universal love is no different at its core than romantic love. Romantic love is a part of universal love. Both trigger emotions often described as nervous happiness when one sees the object of their desire—a tingling in the heart. Excitement and anticipation – the stuff we all lust after it? What is your favorite food in the world? Maybe it is a dress. Or shoes? Almost everyone loves something.

What happens when you enter a shop that has it? Just what do you long for? How do you feel? Hands clammy, eyes dart nervously, mouth waters, you can taste the love in the air.

You think of how fine the art of happiness looks being brought to you, and you cannot wait. Remember every detail of how it looks, how it makes you feel.

For a minute, you smile and feel happy.

It can work similarly for an old sports car you want to drive again. You remember how it looked, handled, and the engine’s sound. You can remember almost every line and were happy whenever you got near it.

This is what peace, love, and happiness feel like, a love of anything and anyone. Now spread it to everyone and everything.

You know what it feels like. See it and appreciate it in more and more things around you.

And look how happy it makes you feel.

It is your choice to appreciate it or not. To be happy or not. It is not up to anyone or anything else. It is your choice. Do not waste time regretting the past or worrying about the future. Experience this moment only as much as you can. Life is made up of moments. Don’t lose any.

Give thanks for all you have now and all that is coming. Appreciate this life, for it is a gift. Look around you and notice what there is to be thankful for.

45-second meditation session

Too many distractions might drain your vitality and make you feel down. Your phone’s timer should be set for 45 seconds. Close your eyes, relax your shoulders, and concentrate on deep breathing while leaning back. Visualize the unpleasant ideas exiting your body through your nostrils as you exhale. Open your eyes when the alarm goes off. Focus for 10 seconds, then bask in the high.

Thou shalt not judge.

Not in other people, not yourself, not situations. It is no good or bad. There is. It is just life.

Think about something you love or like a lot.

Something that makes you happy is the cause of happiness: food, a person, and a pet. Think of them or it. Study them carefully. Feel what it feels like to be around them or it. Only think about how nice it makes you feel with the happy people documentary; if they are not here now or are, it doesn’t matter. We are after the joy with the happy people it brings you. Look closely at them. If it is a chocolate cream cake, taste it. Look at the texture if it is a pet, smile when you play—a baby, smile when you pick them up. Emotional thermostat- Do you want to know how to make your self happy? What does universal love mean? One crucial way to find true happiness & love is to track down where it comes from and where you set your Emotional thermostat.

What happens when someone says, you don’t make me happy anymore?

Suddenly feel hot? How to turn off your emotions? Yes, the room suddenly is quite warm for both.

But whose fault is that?

It is not anyone else’s responsibility to make someone else happy. It is your job to think how to make your self happy.

And that is decided by how to make your self happy and set your emotional happiness thermostat for life.

It is where you generally want to place yourself on the positive/negative scale. Of course, someone cannot be constantly happy or sad all of the time.

Life happens. Your dog may chew on your shoes. Your neighbor may have just backed into your mailbox. Most people let outside incidents affect them, and the amount that affects them can be controlled by their earlier choice to set their temperature for the long term, knowing this will pass. The world can be good if we stay aware of the media.

Emotions. Happiness & love are feelings. And humans let a lot of those emotions rule us. I have chosen happiness as the Emotional thermostat setting for my emotional state whenever life happens. My feelings are all over the place in the background, I know the air conditioner will take care of everything, and I will return to the happier, more positive emotions I chose to set earlier. So, How to set your thermostat?

Advertising people know it is not the steak but the sizzle that sells. It is not a thing, a person, and whatever outside thing that makes one happy. It is the feelings those things give you.

Love has become much foggier over time; with too many different emotions, we have lost the true meaning of universal love. Happiness is that feeling or tingle of emotions that happens when we feel pleased. It could be seeing your loved one after a while or getting a favorite cup of ice cream.

So, what does universal love mean? Universal love is when one loves everything without conditions and can appreciate everything as it is. Give thanks for whatever you receive and move forward.

Love and happiness are different sides of the same coin. People or situations are responsible for love and happiness. But the fact is that we are responsible for all these things and particularly for happiness by where we choose to set the temperature.

Now how to set your emotional thermostat: To turn it higher, remember to appreciate all the good things that came to you, all the things you receive you can think how to make your self happy, think of the relationships, the food, your pets, everything, and be thankful you received it. And if you want to drop the temperature, do the opposite and start complaining. We have the choices to see things as positive or negative. That does not mean when a box falls on your foot, for example, that should be considered a good thing. Of course not. Realistic common sense says, “ouch!,” or something more substantial. But if you continue to complain about the box and let that affect your mood about everything else in life, then it is a terrible thing that can affect your mood for a long time. Continuing to harp about that box can do much more harm than the original pain and learn how to turn off your emotions quickly—our minds and what we think is very powerful and can direct our lives. So be careful.

And stay away from the negative and tell others what does the universal love means, such as coworkers, news shows, friends, and family. 

It can be a balancing thing, with emotions doing whatever they want. But as long as you set your temperature toward the positive and can see you will eventually return to the home place you set and get pleasure again from the little things in life, you will be just fine.
