How to Find Universal Love and Happiness.

As a broad notion, spirituality allows for a variety of viewpoints. It often entails a quest for purpose in life and generally involves a feeling of connection to something greater than ourselves. As a result, it is a shared human experience that affects everyone. A spiritual experience may be sacred, sublime, or a profound sense of aliveness and connectivity.

Some people could discover that their affiliation with a church, temple, mosque, or synagogue is closely related to their spiritual life. Others look for significance in their relationships with nature or the arts. Others could pray or find solace in a close personal connection with God or high power.

Most of us think we are so far from universal love and joy, and they are such distant memories that we give up, and the thought of ever being in that state again is unimaginable. Fortunately, it is easy if you are thinking about how to be happy in life or what is the art of happiness. It is a lot easier than doing the dishes or mowing a lawn. Suppose you have felt it before. It is easy to feel it again. And if you never have, it is easy to feel what it feels like. Our doubt-filled minds may make us think about how to be happy and how difficult feeling love and happiness is.

The happiness or love genes are not working. Most people do not know if they have ever or can ever feel love or happiness. Most think they haven’t and can’t and never will feel it. But it also seems to be everyone’s greatest desire. But it might be genetically impossible because the more they try to grasp it, the more it eludes them.

I contend that most people surrendering to God’s love can find the art of happiness again and live in joy.

First, universal love is no different at its core than romantic love. Romantic love is a part of universal love. Both trigger emotions often described as nervous happiness when one sees the object of their desire—a tingling in the heart. Excitement and anticipation – the stuff we all lust after it? What is your favorite food in the world? Maybe it is a dress. Or shoes? Almost everyone loves something.

What happens when you enter a shop that has it? Just what do you long for? How do you feel? Hands clammy, eyes dart nervously, mouth waters, you can taste the love in the air.

You think of how fine the art of happiness looks being brought to you, and you cannot wait. Remember every detail of how it looks, how it makes you feel.

For a minute, you smile and feel happy.

It can work similarly for an old sports car you want to drive again. You remember how it looked, handled, and the engine’s sound. You can remember almost every line and were happy whenever you got near it.

This is what peace, love, and happiness feel like, a love of anything and anyone. Now spread it to everyone and everything.

You know what it feels like. See it and appreciate it in more and more things around you.

And look how happy it makes you feel.

Love and happiness

It is your choice to appreciate it or not. To be happy or not. It is not up to anyone or anything else. It is your choice. While it is generally out of your control to choose the things you love, it is up to you to be happy about them. To be glad that you love chocolate Mousse Tracks ice cream or not. Comfortable loving your spouse is your choice.

Is love happiness?, most people have been in love multiple times. Now is the time to expand those feelings and feel the love and happiness for those things you love and life itself. To make yourself feel that joy once again. Love and happiness.

How to set your happiness thermostat.

Emotional thermostat- Do you want to know how to make your self happy? What does universal love mean? One crucial way to find true happiness & love is to track down where it comes from and where you set your Emotional thermostat.

What happens when someone says, you don’t make me happy anymore?

Suddenly feel hot? How to turn off your emotions? Yes, the room suddenly is quite warm for both.

But whose fault is that?

It is not anyone else’s responsibility to make someone else happy. It is your job to think how to make your self happy.

And that is decided by how to make your self happy and set your emotional happiness thermostat for life.

It is where you generally want to place yourself on the positive/negative scale. Of course, someone cannot be constantly happy or sad all of the time.

Life happens. Your dog may chew on your shoes. Your neighbor may have just backed into your mailbox. Most people let outside incidents affect them, and the amount that affects them can be controlled by their earlier choice to set their temperature for the long term, knowing this will pass. The world can be good if we stay aware of the media.

Emotions. Happiness & love are feelings. And humans let a lot of those emotions rule us. I have chosen happiness as the Emotional thermostat setting for my emotional state whenever life happens. My feelings are all over the place in the background, I know the air conditioner will take care of everything, and I will return to the happier, more positive emotions I chose to set earlier. So, How to set your thermostat?

Advertising people know it is not the steak but the sizzle that sells. It is not a thing, a person, and whatever outside thing that makes one happy. It is the feelings those things give you.

Love has become much foggier over time; with too many different emotions, we have lost the true meaning of universal love. Happiness is that feeling or tingle of emotions that happens when we feel pleased. It could be seeing your loved one after a while or getting a favorite cup of ice cream.

So, what does universal love mean? Universal love is when one loves everything without conditions and can appreciate everything as it is. Give thanks for whatever you receive and move forward.

Love and happiness are different sides of the same coin. People or situations are responsible for love and happiness. But the fact is that we are responsible for all these things and particularly for happiness by where we choose to set the temperature.

Now how to set your emotional thermostat: To turn it higher, remember to appreciate all the good things that came to you, all the things you receive you can think how to make your self happy, think of the relationships, the food, your pets, everything, and be thankful you received it. And if you want to drop the temperature, do the opposite and start complaining. We have the choices to see things as positive or negative. That does not mean when a box falls on your foot, for example, that should be considered a good thing. Of course not. Realistic common sense says, “ouch!,” or something more substantial. But if you continue to complain about the box and let that affect your mood about everything else in life, then it is a terrible thing that can affect your mood for a long time. Continuing to harp about that box can do much more harm than the original pain and learn how to turn off your emotions quickly—our minds and what we think is very powerful and can direct our lives. So be careful.

And stay away from the negative and tell others what does the universal love means, such as coworkers, news shows, friends, and family. 

It can be a balancing thing, with emotions doing whatever they want. But as long as you set your temperature toward the positive and can see you will eventually return to the home place you set and get pleasure again from the little things in life, you will be just fine.
